Waldorf Salad


SERVES: 6


INGREDIENTS


Salad

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • ¼ cup raisins

  • 2 apples, chopped into ¼ inch pieces

  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced


Dressing

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp sugar


DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl

  2. Prepare salad ingredients and add to dressing bowl.

  3. Once all ingredients are added, toss and serve chilled. Enjoy!
