YIELD: 4 side salads
INGREDIENTS
10 oz salad greens (Romaine, spinach, kale, arugula, etc.), chopped
Fresh vegetables of your choosing, (e.g. green onions, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, carrots), sliced, minced, or grated
Favorite dressing to taste (Try out our: French Dressing, Ranch Dressing, or Balsamic Vinaigrette)
DIRECTIONS
Prepare all salad ingredients.
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl with your favorite homemade dressing.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve.
