Simple Salad


YIELD: 4 side salads


INGREDIENTS

  • 10 oz salad greens (Romaine, spinach, kale, arugula, etc.), chopped

  • Fresh vegetables of your choosing, (e.g. green onions, tomatoes, radishes, cucumber, carrots), sliced, minced, or grated



DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare all salad ingredients.

  2. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl with your favorite homemade dressing.

  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  4. Serve.
